Cancellation Policy

At Life Action Camp, we understand that life is full of changes and we want to accommodate your needs as best we can. Cancellations are allowed for both paid and unpaid activities based on the following criteria:

• 48 hour cancellation prior to the start of the event is preferred.
• Cancellations up to 2 hours hours prior to the activity are possible, but should only be used for extenuating circumstances.
• Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the start of an activity are discouraged and refunds will not be processed.

The easiest way to process a cancellation is to locate the email that was sent at the time of your reservation, scroll to the bottom of the email and click on the "reschedule or cancel" links. 

If you are having any issues or have extenuating circumstances that require cancellations outside of the guidelines above, please contact the camp office.
